We are sorry to inform you the 2019 Dragon Boat has been cancelled.

To continue beyond this point would incur expenses and we have insufficient number of teams to cover these expenses and there is little prospect that enough new teams can be attracted to the event to guarantee its success.

It is disappointing, but the organising committee has decided that it is prudent to cancel the event at this stage.
