Benefits of the new Corporate Packages

  • This is a great opportunity for 'informal' but highly useful team building.

  • it is great for team members who may be unable to arrive at the start or who cannot satay around to the end.

  • We understand, although professional advice should be sought, that the Corporate Package Fee may be a tax deductible company expense, due to the company providing a team building day out

Entry Package Options

Entry categories and fees ‘Gold’ ,‘Silver’ and Bronze’ entry categories give teams additional benefits to the ‘Community’ entry and are designed to help companies increase their profile at the Festival whilst raising funds for the WNAA and Rotary supported local charities.

Please note all fees are payable when the Entry form is submitted unless, exceptionally agreed with the Dragon Boat committee and the entry fee is non-returnable in the event of paid for teams being unable to attend.

Bronze

  • Minimum £400 donation to the WNAA included

Gold

 

£2,000 Entry Fee
  • Team of up to 15 people
  • Team photo on website and in the programme
  • Free half page advert
  • Priority and biggest pitch size
  • Your Company Name on your boat(s)
  • Company banner Reserved Space at water’s edge
  • Free programmes for the team
  • Free Parking for up to 10 cars
  • Minimum £600 donation to the WNAA included

Community

 

   No    Entry Fee
  • Teams of 11 people
  • Team photo on website and in the programme
  • Each team member is expected to raise £100 sponsorship
  • 2 free programmes per team
